CRAINIAL SCACRAL

  • Calculated holding positions on the sutures of the skull to restore balance to the cervical rhythm of the spinal fluid in the spinal cord. A gentle modality, it has the potential to have deep and lasting effects.

REFLEXOLOGY

  • Working specific zones of the hands or feet, a therapist can improve the function of various body functions. Foot zones correlate to everything from the head down to the ends of the digestive system.

PRENATAL

  • Can range from light to moderate pressure. Regular massage throughout pregnancy has been proven to reduce anxiety, have fewer stress hormones, improved mood, less pain in back, legs, and feet.

PTSD

  • Can range from light to deep pressure. Sessions involving recovery from PTSD are highly communicative and structured. Therapist is trained to recognize warning signs of panic attacks and episodes and will respond appropriately. 


SWEADISH

  • Can range from light to moderate pressure. Classic massage technique ideal for relaxation.

RUSSIAN SPORTS MASSAGE

  • Can range from moderate to deep pressure. Developed to speed the healing process, this modality comprises rigorous and specific movements and techniques by therapist.

INJURY MASSAGE

  • Can range from moderate to deep pressure. Ideal for treatment of both new and old injuries. Reduces inflammation, pain, and adhesions in the soft tissue.

TRIGGER-POINT

  • Can range from moderate to deep pressure. Highly targeted pressure of contracted muscle fibers. Helps reduce symptoms such as carpal tunnel, headaches, migraines, TMJ, and tingling or numbness in limbs.

DEEP TISSUE

  • Deep pressure. Typically applied through other modalities, but deserving of its own. Works the deepest muscles of the body to restore tensegrity to the body and correct imbalances of the postural muscles.
